First and foremost was the outstanding customer support provided by Gloria, Matheus, Ivan and Denise in explaining and setting up the account. Setting up the account was a lot easier than I had imagined until I reached the domain stage. This stage caused me a bit of grief.

What needs improvement

Provide a little more detailed information on the requirement for setting up a domain name considering that not all persons are "techies". Our group utilizes MailerLite strictly for the issuance of newsletters and bulletins so our requirements are limited in regards to all of the services provided by MailerLite.

vs Alternatives

Recommendations from a third party CRM article which provided a number of industry options and associated pros and cons.

How quickly does customer support respond on weekdays?

Very quickly.

We chose to go with MailerLite because of their competitive pricing, drag-and-drop builder and email deliverability. Their connection with Shopify makes it easy to update and segment our subscriber list. I highly recommend MailerLite for small businesses.

It helps our company's email marketing with automation and keeping track of our subscribers preferences. As a small business, we need all the help we can get, and Mailerlite is the perfect tool for our communication.

vs Alternatives

The price is very good for the demand we have, and compared to some alternatives. The easy and intuitive platform as well as the easy integration to our systems such as WrodPress and Woocommerce.

I have been a user of Mailerlite for year. I LOVE IT. The interface is simple and easy to use. It has a lot of functionality, but it's not complex. I recommend it a lot for non-profits and small organizations. It's GREAT.

The most outstanding piece is the price. Quality and Price. You can't beat that.

More Templates

Does the drag-and-drop editor support inline editing?

clean editor interface and I like the side settings panels that are clear as well.

Does it integrate smoothly with Stripe for sales?

Very easy to intergrate with stripe. I have setup products and used it.

Can I A/B test emails and subject lines easily?

I haven't tried this yet.

Very buggy! I like the interface and how easy it is to use. But the number of bugs are unbelievable and while they have 24 hr support. They do NOT fix bug, and the actual "TECH" team will NOT get back to you even if you follow up with the chat support or email support every 2 days or every day. You just need to check it yourself. Those who CAN fix the bug are NOT reachable. or the bug comes back. Lastly, if your subscription do not include chat support, don't count on getting ansers in 24 hours. you may never get answer. Bugs ** Both of landing page/website > Bothsurvey/quiz > multi-image options, responsive issues. **date entry. Because of the bugs, we waste a lot of time switching btw their landing page and website and form and also lost a ton of subscribers as we didn't even know their date entry didn't ork.

The AI tools are a great addition, but I am most excited about inline editing. When I write newsletter text, I am constantly making changes, looking at layout, reviewing, making changes, looking at layout, reviewing... until it is perfect. The fact I can do it all without leaving is a game-changer for me. By removing the back and forth, I can be more creative and focus on ideas rather than editing interruptions. This inline functionality (along with the AI tools) puts MailerLite's Drag & drop editor is a league of its own.

10/10 email marketing software. Everything you could need in one place. From an easy to use UX with powerful features that honestly do everything you could ask for, I don't need to look anywhere else. Perfect for simply creating a campaign quickly (they even have great templates you can use!) to creating advanced, detailed automations, you're sorted with Mailerlite. Plus, their customer support are super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend.

Congratulations team! The AI generator has already become such a key part of my workflow that I don't know how I wrote newsletters without it! It feels like a genuinely customer-focused improvement, which is something of a rarity these days. Can't wait to see how you build on these already fantastic updates.
