I've been waiting for this forever. Tried soooo many different solutions and this one was exactly what I needed: - A decent editor UX (It's ok to be opinionated in possibilities. I don't care that much but I dread shitty editing experiences) - An easy way to pull in and segment contacts - A way to do both dedicated outreach (investor, community updates) and transactionals in one I ditched 5 tools for this and insta-upgraded to the $200 plan Things that can be improved: - Web-view of the email so I can easily send it also to my non-email contacts - Better integration into Airtable for better user management and pre-segmentation - Better analytics (though know that's coming soon)

Congrats Loops team! Loops is the best email software I've ever used. I used to dread sending emails to my users on our previous email client because it was so junky and full of friction: broken images, badly formatted text, weird design. It was all a nightmare. Loops has completely transformed that feeling from dread to absolute delight. Now, I look forward to emailing our users! The interface is seamless, lightweight, and a joy to use. On top of being an incredible email marketing tool, Loops is one of the most beautifully designed interfaces that I discovered in 2023.

Amazing app. As a design tool, we wanted an email solution that could let us add some personality to our emails without sacrificing deliverability. Loops was perfect in that we were able to create UIs in Figma and have it ready to be sent in Loops within a few clicks, with no dev input. It makes sending emails super fun to do. A few improvements to make here and there, but for something this easy, worth hanging with them as they do so!

After half a dozen outreach attempts requesting a collaborative Zoom call to explore enterprise deployment, we were declined and told our B2B logistics platform violated terms of service for 'restricted industries.' This assumption was entirely inaccurate—we operate a standard freight claims SaaS for brokers and shippers.

Actionable feedback:

Publish (more clearly) restricted industries list before onboarding
Offer discovery calls to prevent misclassification
Improve response times during evaluation (days/weeks of slow back-and-forth adds friction)

Great product for its target market, but the vetting process needs a service-level mindset. When eligibility is unclear, a 15-minute call prevents wasted cycles on both sides.

Tried it, to me it just scratches the surface of what I would want from an email marketing provider. The UI/UX is a bit buggy, especially in the editor. There's no undo command so if you delete something by mistake it's just gone. There are no API client packages available, so you have to make HTTP requests for the API. The overall UI is simplistic, a bit overly so in some places, but is nice in contrast to many other providers which feel overwhelming to use. Overall it just doesn't feel as intuitive or useful as most of the other competitors in this space. It seems to just do the basics, which isn't necessarily bad... But it feels a bit flat compared to all the hype built up around this launch.

Honestly, my biggest take away from working with chris/adam through the loops trial is that they just get what i'm trying to do. We (Clerk) migrated over from intercom to ortto (formerly autopilot) and are now on loops for our changelogs and outbound email campaigns. The editing experience is much smoother, the quality of support is ridiculously high and the future roadmap plans will enable me to bring a higher level of design and polish to our emails without having to jenga with these archaic tools. Love it so far!

I bookmarked Loops.so almost a year ago to bootstrap the endless ideas I'm finally getting out the door. Honestly could have setup the waitlist last year. This feels like a no brainer. Simplicity, clean UX, caring about the finer details like fine wine is what developer products are all about. Using this has been pure joy! Oh and the docs are exquisite..
