About

I'm a Product Manager at Tencent RTC, working on real-time communication and AI infrastructure. Lately I've been rebuilding my own workflow around AI agents — not just to move faster, but to close the gap between a good answer and finished work. I'm also building my own agent skills, so I care a lot about how multi-agent systems keep quality high without turning into a black box. Always happy to trade notes with others doing the same.

17 vendors. 25+ models. 1 month. I don't feel the difference anymore.

Let me just list what shipped in the past month. Not an exhaustive list only the notable ones:

  • Anthropic: Claude Sonnet 5 (Jun 30), Claude Opus 5 + Opus 5 Fast (Jul 24)

  • OpenAI: GPT-5.6 Sol / Terra / Luna (Jul 9), then an 80% price cut on GPT-5.6 (Aug)

  • Google: Gemini 3.6 Flash + 3.5 Flash Lite + 3.5 Flash Cyber (Jul 21), Gemini Robotics 2 (Aug)

I'm trying to fix my “staying informed” workflow, but I still spend way too long hunting for news

I've been trying to fix my "staying informed" workflow, and honestly I'm not sure I've cracked it.

I set up AI to send me a daily digest of what's been happening which helps. But I still end up spending a lot of time wandering around different sites, checking whether there's some big news I missed. The digest gives me a baseline, but it doesn't kill the FOMO, so I keep manually poking around anyway.

AI didn't make my job easier. It made me full-stack overnight — as a beginner at everything.

I'm a product manager. My job used to have clear handoffs: I'd gather the material, hand it to a designer for mockups, then pass it to a front-end teammate to build.

Now, with AI, I do all of it myself. I've been building a product landing page almost entirely with AI, and I can go from an idea to a decent-looking page in one sitting. The first impression is genuinely impressive "wow, this actually looks like a real page."
