Congratulations on the launch! Just curious about what happens with battery and connectivity losses during a session.
Kilo Code
@don_bro1 The actual session is running in the cloud or on your computer, so when the app loses connectivity for whatever reason, your session is still alive and healthy. Once the app recovers, it rejoins the live stream and backfills the transcript for events that have happened during the period of inactivity.
As an agent-first coder for many years now, I enjoy looking at diff files and reasoning about each individual edit. However, when it comes to mobile coding agents, my concern is always the fact that the small screen makes "agent first" the default setting.
Kilo Code
@len5 That's the limitation of the form factor - there's only so many pixels you can fit on a small phone screen. We try to make it as ergonomic as possible, my goal is for the app to have best-in-class UX.
If you do find yourself constantly on the go and in need of a bigger screen, the app on a tablet is a game-changer. Still ergonomic enough, beautiful diffs.
Ia there a way to see the full conversation history when jumping into an ongoing session?
Kilo Code
@darly_selby Yes! Every session in the list, active or historical, can be fully inspected.

looking forward to seeing what you'll be building with @Kilo Code
How consistent is the experience between phones and tablets especially for longer coding sessions?
Kilo Code
@sophietech There are differences due to the different screen size, but I expect they're 99% consistent.
Mastra
@sophietech over to you, Sophie!

@sophietech anything else the team should build/improve/fix from your perspective?

In response to the forum question you asked a couple of months ago, I remain very much human-in-the-loop, which was why I was initially sceptical of using a mobile app. But after seeing Igor's post, it occurred to me that the loop I really value is the PR review loop, not the file edit approval loop. They are two distinct issues and I had confused the two.
This is my second semester using Kilo in VS Code. Installing this solely for the purpose of checking whether viewing a diff in a mobile screen is even possible.
Kilo Code
@merle2 It's not as ergonomic as a bigger screen, but it works!
Does the mobile app show enough agent context to understand what is happening?
Kilo Code
@advin_jadis I think so! Give it a try, and if there's something you don't like or something impairing your workflow, I'd be happy to make improvements.

100%! @iscekic did a stellar job here:
