Hey everyone,
We just launched Katalyst for sales teams on Salesforce.
Simple idea: reps don't hate selling, they hate the hours they lose every week feeding the CRM. Logging calls, fixing stages and close dates, writing next steps, reconstructing what happened on a deal from three weeks ago. The CRM they "quietly hate."
Most tools just made data entry slightly less painful. It's still the rep doing the work.
How hard is this to set up? I know enterprise software can take forever to implement.
EverTutor AI
Love this approach. The biggest bottleneck in enterprise sales isn't finding leads, it's all the manual admin work around every deal. Automating that inside Salesforce is a huge productivity win. Congrats on the launch
Katalyst
@suryansh_tiwari2 You're pointing at the thing most people miss, the win isn't more leads, it's clearing the admin drag on the deals you already have. Freeing that time up is the whole game. Thanks Suryansh.

congrats on the launch! salesforce cleanup is such a grind, anything that takes that off my plate is welcome. will give this a try with our pipeline
Katalyst
@ashmil_hussain The cleanup grind is exactly the part reps quietly dread, so glad to take it off your plate. Once you run it on your real pipeline, would love to hear where it helps and where it should push harder.
Creatium
Katalyst is taking care of the age-old problem for CRM management, excited to see this product scale!
Katalyst
@kelly_king3 Thank you 🙏 it really is one of those problems everyone's just quietly accepted for decades. The bet is that AI can finally handle the hygiene on its own so reps never touch it again, excited to keep pushing on that
the meeting recaps are shockingly accurate, basically writes the follow up before you even stand up from your desk. wish i had this years ago.
Katalyst
@yazj2rv Writing the follow-up before you're even out of your chair is the moment we cared most about getting right. Glad the recaps are holding up accurate, that's the part everything else rests on. Appreciate you.
For a complete SF newbie, this was so easy and intuitive.... I like the way it takes the reins. Great find!
Katalyst
@ctrlaltelite Really glad it clicked even without a Salesforce background, that's a hard bar to hit and a good sign we got the setup right. Taking the reins so you don't have to learn the hard parts is the point. Thanks Shachi!!
