Hey Product Hunt! Larissa here, Co-Founder of Joyn 👋
After 150+ conversations with engineering, product, and customer-facing leaders, we kept hearing the same things:
🌀 Product updates feel like a black box
📉 Sales feels left out of what’s shipping and why
🧩 Customer feedback is scattered and hard to act on
We built Joyn, the context engine for go-to-market and product teams, to change that. We give teams shared visibility into what customers need, what’s being built, and what’s actually changing.
✅ With Joyn, you can:
- Auto-detect themes from customer convos in Gong, Slack, Salesforce, and more
- Map those themes to what’s in progress across tools like GitHub, Jira, and Notion
- Tailor updates for sales, CS, and others - without pinging product or writing long docs
- Create trust and transparency across functions, without adding extra work
🚀 Why now?
Product and GTM teams are struggling to stay aligned. Signals are everywhere, but no one has time to piece them together - and everyone’s frustrated (also with each other).
Joyn lives across your stack and translates signals into the language each team needs to stay in sync.
💬 Curious to see Joyn in action?
If you’ve ever thought “Wait, that shipped?” or “Why didn’t we know about that customer ask?” — Joyn might be what your team’s missing.

Larissa & the Joyn team
@larissalicha Joyn bridges product teams with customer voices – great way to stay aligned. Supported it. Congrats on launch – I'm launching my product today too, feel free to check it out.
@ryan_matthews4 CS+Eng -- the unexpected dynamic duo that the (business) world needs. Super eager to get your thoughts
@christopher_sawyer thank you so much and thank you for feedback along the journey - means a lot to have people like you shape what we're building 🙌
@christopher_sawyer often the most important voice to listen to but also the voice that can easily get drowned out when you're sprinting to get things done. Our thesis is that the data is there, it's just scattered across too many tools. If we can aggregate (join/joyn), summarize, and extract what teams need to know, we'll make the voice of the customer accessible, and usable, for every part of the business.
Excited to hear your thoughts as you experiment with Joyn!
@emilykramer Yes! As someone that had to lurk in 30+ Kanban boards and 200+ engineering channels to know what's going on - I'm excited to make this a whole lot easier for marketing teams going forward.
@emilykramer Appreciate this callout and perspective -- ticket hunting is a full-time job but probably not the job you sign up for as a marketer. Our product pulls teams like marketing out of the tools they don't want to be in (and aren't very familiar with) so they can get the signal they need but leave that shared login and password behind.
@sergeyone Appreciate it! Can't wait to get your feedback as you're giving it a spin. I know you'll have a lot of great input we can learn plenty from 🙌
@lizelle_van_vuuren Definitely would've loved for this to exist in my PM days vs. trying to make sense of a thousand different inputs + asks coming from a variety of teams. Been great to see how it has shifted how PMs prioritize their work and the ability to jump into critical items proactively vs. firefighting.
