Makers need a way for visitors to reach them, and to reply without opening another dashboard. Paste one script tag and a chat bubble appears on any site, or publish a contact page for your bio. Visitors start typing with no account needed. Messages go to Telegram. Quote-reply and it appears on their screen, and the thread stays in your inbox. If you're away, they leave an email. An AI agent answers from your docs and hands off to you when it matters. Free, no credit card, live in minutes.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We’re excited to launch Knocket today.
We built Knocket because early-stage founders and small teams often don’t need another complicated customer support platform. They simply need an easy way for visitors to reach them — and a fast way to reply.
With Knocket, you can add live chat to your website, app, or even use a standalone contact page. When someone sends you a message, you can receive it in Telegram and reply directly from there. Your response goes straight back to the visitor, while the conversation remains organized in your Knocket inbox.
Knocket is Forever free to get started, requires no credit card, and takes only a few minutes to set up.
We’d love for you to give it a try and tell us what you think — especially what you’d like us to improve next.
Thanks for checking out Knocket! 💙
@shuoxinwang Congrats on the launch 🎉 Glad I got to be part of this one.
It's not a complicated product, but it's a genuinely interesting one — it packs a handful of things you'll actually use into one place, and hands them to you in the simplest, most direct way it can.
@shuoxinwang Replying from Telegram is a smart call for a tiny team. What happens when two of us are in the same Telegram, does the first quote reply claim the chat, or can we both end up answering the same visitor?
@lancelot_d_souza1 Thank you for your question. That's right. For small teams, this feature is essential. Also, on our end, we've set a limit so that each Telegram Bot can only be bound to a single account, which avoids the issue of multiple people responding to the same visitor at the same time.
@shuoxinwang Hey is it possible for Knocket that it can manage multiple website conversations through telegram?
@jitendra_bhatt Yes, absolutely! Knocket can manage conversations across multiple websites through Telegram. We’d love for you to give it a try and share your feedback.
@xiaoxia_zheng Absolutely! That's actually a great use case for Knocket 🙌
You can embed the widget directly on your docs pages, as long as your docs platform supports custom scripts.
Visitors can ask questions without leaving the docs, and you can reply to them 1:1 from your Knocket dashboard.
Congrats on launch! is there a simple way to see response times without setting up a full helpdesk?
@sandy_liusy Thanks so much! 🙌 And yes, absolutely! Knocket has a simple dashboard where you can track average response times, conversation volume, and messages, all without setting up a full helpdesk. We built it to keep things lightweight for makers and small teams!
Could I put the Contact Page link in a GitHub README?
@tomzoe Absolutely! 🙌 That's actually a great use case for Knocket!
You can add your Contact Page link directly to your GitHub README, just like any other link. Anyone checking out your project can click it to reach you and start a conversation, without leaving you guessing who's interested.
Perfect for open-source projects and indie makers! 🚀
Would this work behind a QR code at an event?
@romy_chou Absolutely, Romy! 🙌 You can turn your Knocket Contact Page link into a QR code and put it on event badges, posters, or business cards. Anyone who scans it can reach out and start a conversation with you. A great way to turn in-person connections into ongoing conversations! 🚀
Nice approach to creating chats for customers; Does the AI agent answer first and hand off when it’s stuck, or does it wait a few minutes for a human?
@dounia_boughalem Thanks, Dounia! It’s completely up to you. You can have AI answer first, or set it to respond only outside your support hours—there’s no fixed “wait a few minutes” delay. If it can’t answer confidently, it offers the visitor a handoff to human support, which they confirm. Visitors can also ask for a human directly.
completely free? Looks really useful for indie developers!
@victorzh Great question! 😄 Knocket is built on Tencent Cloud’s Tencent RTC infrastructure, which lets us provide reliable real-time communication at a lower cost.
Right now, Knocket is completely free—no ads or hidden fees. Rather than rushing to monetize, we want to first help indie developers, solo founders, and small teams communicate better with their users, and learn from people actually using it.
We’ve shared more about why it’s free here:
