@ema_elisi thanks for the kind words Ema! We'll be integrating with everywhere work happens to give a full picture of what an engineer is doing and why they're doing it. Right now we have GitHub, Slack, Linear, and Google Calendar but that list will keep growing!
The integration with existing workflows holds promise. Can you provide examples of how the tool fits into common engineering workflows and what kind of integrations are supported?
@chopwood sure! For example, WorkWeave could check out all your PRs and notice a trend of overcomplicated code; then it could highlight that trend to you and give suggestions about how to simplify. Or it could pick up on a trend of your code needing reverts/hotfixes and pull out common patterns to help you avoid similar pitfalls in the future.

I especially love the manager's view, where they can see that a teammate could be at risk of burnout. This can go unspoken by the engineer and unnoticed by the manager for too long, til it's too late and something's being impacted by the burnout. Very useful!
