Our Story:
Early in our careers, we realized the immense value of timely and constructive feedback and self-awareness.
When we had a good manager, the awareness and insights from feedback propelled us to new heights, helping us refine our skills and achieve our goals.
When we had a bad manager, we received delayed and inconsistent feedback that frustrated us in our careers and hindered our performance.

@kyrylosilin thanks Kyrylo! We use project management tools to help give a full picture of what someone is working on and why.
For example, if a PR is taking a long time to merge, we can see that there's been lots of comments and spec changes on the linked task in the project management system and understand exactly why that PR is taking so long to merge. This lets us give much more useful insights than if we only had part of the picture.
