Right now Interview Bite is an advanced pre-screening tool that offers a 'bite-sized' preview of an interview.
Beyond traditional keyword-based resume screening, it validates a candidate’s technical skills, tests the basic competencies outlined in the job description, and assesses communication through a short video response.
It’s primary focus is to gauges genuine interest in the role and identifies potential malpractice using a combination of technology and manual review early on . The questions are preset yet randomized from a large question pool, ensuring that each candidate receives a unique and unbiased experience.
