I’m currently building Effort Bloom, and during my research, I noticed a recurring theme for many small-to-medium sales teams: The Spreadsheet Trap.

So many founders and managers are still manually tracking calls, guessing at team productivity, and losing leads because there’s no central "truth" for their data.
