@felicitemoorman I’ve always been a little obsessed with how things feel to use.
I studied Public Relations with a focus on organizational behavior, which basically means I learned early on that people don’t experience products in isolation. They experience systems, processes, messages, and all the little moments in between.
That carried through my time at Intel, Microsoft and Amazon, where I worked closely with customers every day. Helping them navigate complex tools, remove friction, and turn “this is confusing” to “oh, that makes sense.” into - "Oh I am deeef using this AGAIN!!" Those roles taught me that great experiences aren’t about more features. They’re about clarity, flow, and trust. Add a tbsp of tech and ta-daaa! BOSS.Tech is where all of that finally comes together. (can you tell i'm on my baking era)
