Do you still manually type invoices into spreadsheets?

I’ve been looking at how people track expenses for projects, and I was surprised how many still manually type supplier invoices and receipts into Google Sheets.

It feels like something that shouldn’t still be normal.
Curious — how many of you still track expenses this way instead of using accounting software?

What’s the most annoying part of that workflow?
