You can do all sorts of things with Tolstoy. For example: 1. Give lightning fast – & hyper personal – support with video chatbots (for support teams) 2. Save your HR team hundreds of hours by conducting pre-recorded video interviews that do the screening for you while wowing candidates (for talent acquisition teams) 3. Book more demos and close deals with branching video messages (for sales teams) Even though Tolstoy can be used to lots of things, the central idea is always the same: we are revolutionizing the way people communicate with businesses by making it more personal and letting the people behind the brand shine through. We want to change the way people think about business, by making every business interaction more personal, authentic, and meaningful. And faster. At Unlimited we sell eBike Conversion Kits that fit almost any bike! But people asked us all the time how does it work? Does it really fit? We used Tolstoy to guide the user through fitting and clear doubts. We set up everything in a few days. Support tickets of potential customers asking questions on fitting dropped to almost 0 and our conversion rates started to improve! Love the brand, love the easy-to-use UX, love the customer-centric mindset of the team. Highly recommend this product to all eCommerce and D2C brands.
