Keep your tabs tidy, so you can stay focused. Eliminate those pesky leftover tabs from Discord invites, Figma files, Notion, Spotify, VS Code Live Share, Webex meetings, and Zoom meetings—leaving you with a clean browser and a clear path to productivity.
Hey y’all! If you’re anything like me, you might be ending your day with quite a few redirected Zoom, Figma, and Spotify tabs as you shuffle throughout the workday. Joining back to back meetings, opening Figma files sent to me in Slack, and trying to queue up those songs friends and co-workers shared throughout the day. TabCloser is working to automatically close those in the background while you’re working on the task at hand. Today TabCloser works for Discord invites, Figma files, Notion, Spotify, VS Code Live Share, Webex meetings, and Zoom meetings.
P.S. TabCloser is open source and available on GitHub!
P.S.S. Asana and Linear support coming soon thanks to feedback here on Product Hunt!
@chrismessina The fabulous @caseycavanagh has been testing it in Arc and after a few initial issues I've fixed up, seems to be working a-okay for him on the daily for the last month!
@paul_pamfil TabCloser currently doesn’t keep a list, but the tabs still appear in your recently closed list within Chrome. But I think this is a great idea and absolutely something to consider adding!
@ruby_smith01 set it and forget it! After using it for nearly the entire month of June now, those pesky leftover tabs are a thing of the past I’ll gladly forget (especially for Zoom 🤪).
@magnuson Great suggestion! This was crafted out of a very personal need, then when I had a few friends testing, it became… “oh, we use Webex, add that!”. Haha. I will absolutely look into getting Asana added!
@magnuson 🪄 Asana support added! I'll put a new release up for the Chrome Web Store and Edge Add-On Store tonight after the day on Product Hunt to see if any more awesome suggestions come through. It'll take a few days to be approved and available.
But if you're impatient, the release and install instructions are available on GitHub! https://github.com/sethcottle/ta...

I may be biased as a buddy/beta tester but this plugin is such a gamechanger for my productivity! Way to go @sethcottle!
