So where do you get the pool of candidates that you make referrals from? Wasn't clear on the website. Made it sound like you post a job and the right person magically appears.
@thorpus SpringRole users once logged in let us screen through their Linkedin network (Facebook is in beta and will be released soon) which we match against all live jobs and make recommendations on who they could refer
@_jacksmith RolePoint is only leveraging referrals through your employees. We do it through our entire user base (employees and everybody else). So instead of leveraging the network of 10s or 100s of people, you will get 1000s of people referring. We have right now a reach of over 3 million candidates and growing.

haha @kar2905 - nice twitter hack. you got me here but I'm not a target customer. =/ - quick feedback though, it wasn't obvious to me that existing job postings could be found under Post a Job.
what brings people like me who know plenty of talent that would be possible candidates for the jobs to actually refer? I can see it being used by recruiters/firms who want to get their name established with a company to eventually do more direct business with them, but for a founder who doesn't want to spam friends for an average of $50 each, and only if they opt-in, I don't know.
Granted I refer friends all the time and I find this interesting, I just don't know if I'd do it for a money thing.
@taylorhou Haha :)
Existing Jobs would be under the Jobs page - http://springrole.com/jobs
So the bigger incentive is about helping your friend get a job and the token amount is just as an added incentive . We actually realized the amount doesn't matter but people won't do it for free too. Also you can only refer 6 friends per job so we don't let you spam.
Thanks for the feedback.
Great idea guys! One question about the data you use for user profiles: As a user I sign in with my linkedin account — but then you additionally sync my Twitter, Facebook and Angel.co. How does that work?
