Don't listen to the negative reviews. This application will help you enhance your social media presence.I had a job interview yesterday for a social media position. During the interview, I showed my interviewer how to use Socialinsider; she loved using the app.

Pros:

-interface -reports -awesome customer service

Cons:

No cons. Just love.

@adinajipa hahaha, that explains the "Don't listen to the negative reviews". I'm not an Embassador, I am a user. I bought the lifetime deal on Appsumo and you cancelled my account, as you deleted accounts from other people. You are a scammer and this will chase you for life

@adinajipa what a brand ! A company that don't respect their early LTD customers whose support you, as i see there's plenty of people pissed of and you don't care.So why you get them into your lifetime deals if you don't honor your promises.

This looks so handy. And wow, 6 months trial is great amount of time to assess it.

Yep, right now we have a 6 months FREE trial, but we, the co-founders, decided to have a freemium product, some features will free forever and others like - export data as .csv, historical data for the last year - will be premium features. We'll come back with updates after this awesome day.

Bought this tool on LTD and the guys just ditched us big time. I used to be a fan and even upvoted this. Now downvote to hell.

So basically EVERYONE who supported them when they ran a lifetime deal is now getting the worst treatment possible! They've decided to start closing accounts without any reason and simply say "you broke our terms of service"... Even though none of us have... Great job guys.

The company has opted to alter their agreement with existing lifetime deal users that paid for reporting and now have no access to reporting - unless you choose to add an ADDITIONAL monthly subscription. Not adhering to the terms of a deal seems to be an ongoing practice with these guys. I'm not sure if it's due to financial difficulties or they are just greedy. Either way, it's a practice that sets off a red flag in my mind.

Pros:

When it works, the analytics are good

Cons:

Reporting = fee, for Lifetime Deal holders Connections break frequently Update your email address = fee Roadmap changes according to mood

UPDATE: I've just learned that this company is deactivating accounts of their lifetime deal purchasers and stating: "The user's account was disabled for violating our t&c. The account will not be reinstated." I'd not even logged into my account in nearly a year. No violation occurred. Ultra classy. So, basically, give them your money and at some point they'll just take back the account for no reason. Seems reasonable. I'd avoid any company that is this shady. If they'll do it to some, they'll do it to any

@staflow you'd need some support for it to be unfriendly. Theirs is non-existent. Blew me off for nearly three weeks before replying that my account was deactivated with no real reason given.
