Live chat with website visitors inside Slack is a really good proposition. But so many have come up - Chatlio, Smooch.io, Chatra etc. But am not seeing good level of customizations like Targeted triggers.

We were one of the first teams in the world to successfully implement the idea (early 2015). Therefore, today, our product is very focused and very advanced compared to anyone else. We have a great trigger feature (among many others) that is very easy to use. A trigger can be defined with a URL and any number of milliseconds you'd like. The idea itself is useful. But I wouldn't trade away my privacy and my sanity at the workplace (spam private messages from slaask about slaask and other products such as producthunt) just to use it.

Pros:

the idea itself is useful, but the implementation is counter intuitive, especially when multiple people are using it at the same time

Cons:

they spam all your coworkers with ads about slaask, requests to upvote them on producthunt and random features they released

This looks amazing! I've tried Intercom, but it's far too expensive for a small business, plus I'm an avid Slack User. I'll have to give this a try. Are there free trials?
