Shift - A fun design game

I just launched Shift.

Shift is a light, fast design game for self taught beginners and anyone who wants to feel UX principles instead of memorizing them. Think broken layouts, split second decisions, and instant consequences.

You jump into messy screens and fix them. Every move reshapes what people notice first. No tutorials. No theory slides. Just action, clarity, and cause and effect.

It pays homage to retro NES games through its typography, graphics, and sound design, but runs right in the browser. Play it on desktop or mobile, pick it up for a few minutes, learn something real.

The goal is simple: understand hierarchy, spacing, and alignment by watching attention move in the first few seconds.
