We Built a Next-Level Business Management SaaS for SMB
After searching for a comprehensive business management platform to meet our needs, we built our own - Office Solver to lower operation and management cost and to facilitate remote collaboration.
Most business tools are built for enterprise giants. Office Solver is built for the rest of us. Instead of stitching together disconnected apps, we ve consolidated CRM, HR, and daily business operations and management into one dashboard. Our goal is simple: lower your overhead and give you back the hours you usually spend on admin work.
📈 Stop using messy spreadsheets for your dividends. DividendFlow is live! 🚀

Hey Product Hunt!
I m the maker of DividendFlow. I built this tool because I was tired of two things:
Maintaining complex Google Sheets to track my portfolio.
Calculators that ignore the "tax bite" (Roth IRA vs Taxable).
What's the most difficult thing, in launching a product alone?
I've been working on a Product, Bitgrain for last some time, Well it has been a side project, but solving a real issue of lots of designers.
For me the most difficult part of the entire project was spreading out the word. Till now blogs have been working well, and have planned a launch soon on PH, let's see how it goes.
Share your pain points when launching products alone : )
I realized I couldn’t remember my relationships — so I built something for it. Human Timeline
I built an Android app that lets Claude search files directly on your phone
I wanted Claude Code on my phone, so I built Clawd Phone, basically a mobile version of it.
My phone has hundreds of PDFs and documents piled up: papers, books, manuals, screenshots, with no real way to search them.

What's your thoughts Product Hunt Community on AI Contextual Responses
Back in December, I was scraping data and trying to circumvent the system to manage my own pages. I got blocked a lot. I kept asking Gemini how to bypass the filters until a developer friend finally asked: "Why don't you just get official API approval?"
One month and a massive pivot later, I m fully API-approved for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. I used my app, SocialConductor.AI, to grow my own Facebook community from 380k to 430k followers in just 30 days.
As an engineer not a career developer I just wanted my time back. I have over 650,000 followers across my "Big Trains" and aviation brands, and I couldn't spend 8 hours a day in the DMs anymore.
Lost a $50K deal because competitor changed pricing 2 weeks earlier and I had no idea
Quick story that pushed me to build PriceForge:
Three weeks ago, I was in final stage of a $50K deal. Sales call went great. Then the pricing objection hit:
Prospect: "Your competitor just dropped their Pro tier to $79/mo with unlimited workspaces."
Me: frantically opening competitor site during call
Building Roomie, productivity as a form of self-expression
Hey everyone
I ve been building Roomie around a simple idea: productivity can be a form of self-expression.
Not in the do more, optimize everything sense,
but in how you choose to show up, every day, in your own way.
The hard part is that it s difficult to keep showing up when you re on your own.
Check our manifesto: https://roomie.cafe/manifesto
So I started building Roomie a space where you can be present alongside others, without pressure.
I kept getting screwed by big companies, every time I called, nothing happened. Anyone else?
So I built ComplainAI, an AI that generates professional, legally-cited complaint letters in 60 seconds.
Here's what makes it different from just using ChatGPT:
It actually knows the law. Our AI cites the exact consumer protection legislation for your province or state whether that's Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, California's CLRA, or CRTC telecom regulations. Generic AI tools can't do that.
It works. Users have gotten $2,400 security deposits back, $1,200 airline compensation, and reversed bank fees, all from a single letter.
