Doing one of these because I get more from reading what others are building than from any newsletter.
I'll start.
Building AI Hive, an enterprise AI agent platform that helps mid-market and enterprise teams get from AI pilot to production in weeks instead of quarters. The hard problem we keep solving: compliance, model flexibility, and the lack of in-house AI talent on the customer side.

Building GeoRankers for B2B SaaS teams to understand how their brand appears across ChatGPT, Google AI Search, and Perplexity and what they should do next.
The hardest part right now is separating real visibility changes from normal model variability so recommendations come from meaningful patterns rather than one-off answers.

Building: TradeVulcan - Operations and Lead management for the trades. Ai powered suite of tools to replace every contractors tech stack with a all-in-one Vulcan Intelligence driven ecosystem of powerful tools.
Whos it for: Home service contractors who wish to compete in 2026 and beyond who are now surrounded by larger PE backed companies with millions of dollars and access to automation that before TradeVulcan, the little guy didn't have.

I am building a Commerce Intent Platform for D2C brands.
About $5.2Bn was spent last year by D2C brands to understand 'Why' customers bought their product, but none of the product comes even close to giving this answer at scale.
We are solving this problem.
Hoping to make my product live on Product Hunt in the next week. We have been in the MVP stage for a year now and finally want to come out to the world.
Any advice on how to go about it?

Building Sapienta - an AI knowledge guide for parents who want to help their kids discover more of the world.
Who it's for: Parents who want their kids to learn about science, history, geography, technology, nature, art and more, but don't always know what to introduce next or how deeply to explain it.
The hardest part: Making the experience genuinely personalized. Not just generating age-appropriate content, but understanding what a child has already explored, what they found interesting, how challenging it was, and using that to decide what they should discover next.
The goal is to help parents raise curious, knowledgeable kids without having to become an expert in everything themselves.

Building Artis, an AI agent that actually does stuff inside your product instead of just chatting about it. Think onboarding and support, but it clicks, configures, fixes things for the user instead of pointing at a button and hoping they figure it out.
For SaaS teams who are tired of the "hire more support people or watch users quietly give up" choice.
Hardest part honestly: Same as @imran_isah and I think many founders, launching Artis. Getting it out there, waiting for people to try it out, fix bugs that occur, make it better, make it simpler, make it go big.
Just launched, still figuring out what breaks in the wild lol
You can try it for free, we're giving away $100 USD in credits for you all to try it out in your products. https://www.tryartis.com/

What I'm building: myMD, an all-in-one AI health app. Reports, workout, steps, diet, and calories usually live in four different places. myMD puts them in one, so you can store and understand your medical reports, track workouts, steps, and diet, and ask one question that connects all of it.
Who it's for: Anyone who wants to understand their body, whether that means decoding a lab report or just tracking steps and calories. Start simple, go deeper whenever you want.
The hardest part right now: Distribution. The app is built and people like it, but getting in front of the right people as an early team is the challenge. Would love to hear what's worked for you.
Free to start: https://mymd.ai/download (iOS, Android, web). Honest feedback welcome.
I’m building SeedanceCheap, an independent web studio and API for 30-second Seedance 2.5 videos. It’s for creators who want to test a scene before committing to a monthly subscription: eligible new accounts get one free generation with no card required. One-time packs are 1 video for $2.50, 2 for $5, 5 for $11.25, 10 for $20 or 20 for $30 ($1.50 each), payable by card or crypto.
The hard part right now is turning a successful test into a purchase by earning trust with real outputs and clear limits. We publish complete, uncut samples with their submitted prompts: https://seedancecheap.com/examples/neon-car . Creative results vary; generation may take 10–50 minutes or longer, private downloads last 24 hours after delivery, and confirmed technical failures restore the generation credit. Face/person reference uploads and video continuation are not supported; check live sizes.
Current studio: https://seedancecheap.com/?utm_source=producthunt&utm_medium=forum&utm_campaign=builder_thread . Feedback on the full output and first-time checkout would help.
Building SeedanceCheap: 30-second Seedance 2.5 videos at 720p for creators who want to test longer shots. Web studio and API; $2.30 per request, with a $5 prepaid balance covering two. The difficult part is earning trust in a crypto-only checkout. We show full examples and prompts before signup, keep jobs running if the tab closes, and return the video charge to site balance after confirmed technical failures. I built it and tested a real $5 deposit and finished MP4. What proof would make you comfortable trying a new video tool?
My product is called Qfza, which means “jump to” in Arabic. It helps you search inside YouTube videos and jump directly to the moment you’re looking for.
Give it a try, and I’d really love to hear your feedback!
