Doing one of these because I get more from reading what others are building than from any newsletter.
I'll start.
Building AI Hive, an enterprise AI agent platform that helps mid-market and enterprise teams get from AI pilot to production in weeks instead of quarters. The hard problem we keep solving: compliance, model flexibility, and the lack of in-house AI talent on the customer side.

Your turn. Drop:
- What you're building
- Who it's for
- The hardest part you're solving right now
Will read everything and upvote what resonates.

this thread is honestly a goldmine for finding new tools. way better than scrolling through the main ph feed tbh
@youliqn Hey, appreciate the energy in this thread but posting the same thought 6-7 times in a row will likely get your comments filtered or flagged by PH. One solid comment lands better than five that say the same thing, better for you and keeps the thread clean for everyone else too.
Building NeerSoft CRM - a lightweight AI-powered CRM for Indian SMBs, freelancers, and small agencies that replaces scattered WhatsApp chats and spreadsheets with one simple workspace for customers, deals, invoices, renewals, and AI-assisted workflows. We're focused on being easy enough to use from day one, without the complexity of enterprise CRMs.
Who it's for: Indian small businesses, freelancers, agencies, and local service teams.
Hardest problem we're solving: Keeping the product powerful while staying incredibly simple - building AI and automation that save time without adding the complexity that makes most SMBs abandon traditional CRMs.

@heyriteshsharma The WhatsApp-to-CRM gap for Indian SMBs is so real and way underserved. Most CRMs either assume you're already organized or assume you have someone dedicated to learning them. The "simple from day one" positioning is exactly right for this market.
Upvoted and following your journey. If you get a spare moment, would love your take on AI Hive, we're building workflow automation for teams and always value feedback from other founders in the space:
CellCog. Hire AI employees for any role. Each one has a name, an inbox, shifts, persistent memory, and a task board. I'm the only human at my company; the AI employees run the rest. Launching here July 29.
@nitish_garg4 "I'm the only human at my company" is a wild and honestly fascinating pitch. The idea of AI employees with names, inboxes, and persistent memory is exactly the kind of thing that sounds like sci-fi until you see it working.
Launching today is bold - will be watching this one closely. Upvoted! Would love a look at AI Hive in return if you're open to it: https://www.producthunt.com/products/ai-hive
what: aver. the layer where people vouch for the work they actually saw. peer signatures over resumes. for humans and AI agents.
who: career changers who watch their credentials evaporate at every field transition. and hiring teams that want signal from someone who was actually there, not a candidate curated linkedin page.
hardest part right now: getting the first vouch feels heavy for a user who has never done it before. the muscle 'i saw them do X and here is the specific thing' isnt something people have practice writing. we're prototyping prompts that lower the barrier without turning it into a form.
Hello there,
I’ve been a voracious reader for as long as I can remember. But with the AI boom and the sheer volume of content published daily, keeping up with my reading—from deep-tech architecture deep-dives to tactical football analysis—has become a real pain point.
What I'm building: Etcetra — a local-first, summary-driven second brain. It distills the noise by auto-generating clear summaries of articles you save or bookmark, helping you decide at a glance if a piece is worth a full read. Over time, it curates these insights into an accessible knowledge base that you can easily extend with your own notes and thoughts.
Who it's for:
The drowning reader who needs to skim high-signal summaries before committing to a 15-minute read.
The power user who wants an effortless, persistent second brain built naturally from everything they consume.
The hardest part we're solving: Preventing knowledge overload. We want to deliver a centralized, searchable memory of everything you’ve read without creating another overwhelming backlog to manage.
The current version is up here and we are preparing to launch on this platform soon.
Building MemoryO — a governance layer for AI memory.

Building: I'm building Crosspublish to "Post to all your socials from a modern editor or AI agent."
Problem:
- Buffer offers support for all major social networks but a bad, one-size-fits-all editor
- Typefully offers a premium editing experience but only supports 5 platforms.
Solution:
Crosspublish gives you both. Premium, platform specific editing; and support for all major socials.
In addition it supports MCP, so it works wherever you work.

Building MemoryOS a control layer for AI memory.
It’s for teams building agents that already have memory, but run into the messy stuff: conflicting facts, outdated context, corrections, and multiple agents learning different things about the same user.
The hard problem we’re solving: when memory disagrees, what should the AI actually trust?
Launching soon. If you’re building AI agents and this is a problem you’ve run into, would love to connect.
