I recently used NeerSoft CRM during my internship at a CA firm, and it genuinely made client management much smoother. The platform is clean, easy to navigate, and helped us organize client records, follow-ups, and daily tasks in one place. What impressed me most is that it offers the essential CRM features without being complicated or expensive. If you're a small business, startup, CA firm, or service-based team looking for an affordable and easy-to-use CRM, NeerSoft CRM is definitely worth trying.
What needs improvement
add internal knowledge base for team (1)
One improvement I'd love to see is an internal knowledge base for teams. It would be helpful to store SOPs, client-specific notes, templates, FAQs, and training documents directly inside the CRM. Having this information in one place would make onboarding faster, improve team collaboration, and reduce the need to switch between multiple tools.

TeleCRMWe considered alternatives like Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, and TeleCRM. Google Sheets worked for basic tracking but became difficult to manage as client data grew. Zoho CRM offers many powerful features, but it felt more complex than we needed during our internship. TeleCRM was a good option, but NeerSoft CRM stood out because it was simpler to use, more affordable, and covered all our daily needsβclient records, follow-ups, task management, and team collaboration. It offered the best balance of ease of use, functionality, and value for a small CA firm.

We've been using NeerSoft CRM for a few months, and it's made our client management much more organized. Earlier, we were tracking leads and follow-ups in spreadsheets, but now everything is in one place. It's easy to save client details, track every enquiry, update deal stages, and set reminders so nothing gets missed.
What I like most is that the software is simple to use. Our team started using it without much training. Whenever we had a question or needed a small customization, the support team responded quickly and helped us resolve it.
Overall, NeerSoft CRM has saved us time, improved our follow-up process, and made it easier to manage customers. I'd definitely recommend it to small businesses and agencies looking for a practical and affordable CRM.

We are using this neersoft crm for last 15 days. So far we have good experience. Based on the feedback we received from team are;
The neersoft crm is amazing with interface.
Solid navigation system we found, very easy to move inside the crm
Love NIRU AI which creates estimate and invoice on simple prompt.
We got Zapier for multiple apps integration.
What needs improvement

The app have PWA and it is good for now. But we think company should consider mobile app for Android and iPhone both.

folk There are certain reasons why we choose NEERSOFT CRM over alternatives. The dedicated support for onboarding is fantastic from team. The price is not per user, pay and use it for 5 users. We are using custom plan and it saves INR 6000 per month which a lot.
We also found few amazing integrations like Hunter.io which enable to find prospect in neersoft crm itself.
