Building a CRM that sets itself up. Launching here next month.

by•

Hi all, I'm Jon, and I built Ifarlo. It's launching on Product Hunt next month, so I thought I'd introduce it early.

My background is product management for sales and marketing platforms. I've spent 16 years working in and around enterprise CRM, and have experienced first hand how much time and money is spent on development, configuration, and change management to make one actually fit a business.

I wanted to come at it from the other direction. A CRM that's as easy to pick up and use as your phone, and provides you the information you need without having to search for it or struggle with reports.

A few things it does:

- Sets itself up around your business at signup, so there's no configuring

- Updates itself when you email it, like you would an assistant

- Creates records from what you tell it, including by voice

- Answers direct questions and shows you the records behind the answer. Ask which clients haven't been contacted since May, what your recurring revenue is this quarter, or who you pitched to in June and what happened

- Briefs you each morning on what needs attention

- Flags clients who've gone quiet before you lose them

- Shows your pipeline with anything going stale highlighted

- Keeps a running total of what your retainers are worth

- Builds segments from a description and sends the marketing email

- Connects to Claude, so you can use it from there too

Happy to answer anything, and I'd welcome any feedback before it goes live.
