We handle them with a combination of several approaches: - We clearly share the reasoning and references. - Evaluation process keeps running in the background. - We allow users set up human-in-the-loop, especially when it needs to change some data. - We support the analytics so that users can also run evaluations. @abe_qarm Just to add on — Runbear also automatically syncs knowledge sources like Google Drive and Notion. It can even use Slack channels as part of the knowledge base, so agents can answer questions based on real conversations.

The answers are generated from various trusted sources, and Runbear shows reference links when answers are based on specific documents, which really helps with accuracy and transparency.
