A pre-seed deck that gets read has:
Problem in one sentence a stranger can repeat
A product screenshot, not a metaphor
Why this founder
Amount, use of funds, check size you want
Proof you can sell: revenue, waitlist, or 10 real conversations
Skip the TAM hockey stick. If an angel cannot tell in 90 seconds that this is their stage and sector, the rest is noise.
