yes, we currently have Zapier but all the native integrations are coming soon

if they prefer they can just take a screenshot and we will also include an audio option soon but video is simple on Replicate and you don't have to use your camera so it could be just a brief walkthrough of the issue the customer is facing

hi Kyrylo, at the moment for integration we have Zapier but up next is Webhooks and then we will natively integrate with all the popular project management tools but we also intend to add this feature ourselves in the near future
