Wow, really like the idea of referral recruiting. LinkedIn is so expensive for this kind of purpose and it's pretty much full of spammy recruiters. This software is really something different and refreshing. Thumbs up guys 🔥

Recrooit started as an idea to respond to all the problems companies (and talent) face through their recruitment processes - the cash burn you mentioned being one of the more important issues to fix.
Happy to hear that the direction we took makes the solutions to these problems clear and obvious ☺️
The idea is super cool, and Nev is totally capable of pulling out this one given the experience she has in HR and recruiting industry.
Why having one, two, five recruiting agencies when you can have the whole platform with much faster and better results for probably the friction of the investment?
This totally makes sense, and I hope this will be a next big thing.
Great idea and a solid execution, I find the UI to be brilliantly intuitive, well done. With some experience in this niche, having built a SaaS ATS in the past, I strongly believe Recrooit is the missing piece for reaching top-tier candidates by SMBs that don’t have massive budgets required to work with the best agencies. That’s the hope - to eliminate the unnecessary extra steps in recruitment that make the process painfull, time-consuming, and costly.
The result of the cleanup leaves the three most important parties - the company, the recrooiter and the talent - happier than ever. Both the talent and the recrooiter are compensated better than ever, yet the company’s hiring costs are lower than ever 🤯

The recruitment process needs a platform such as this - especially within the IT industry.
This is a very interesting concept that will, if done right, make everyone’s lives easier.
