The process of asking customers to run a network traceroute or mtr can be tedious - open a command prompt, issue commands to various destinations then screenshot and send the results.
Pingles simplifies that process and improves the result data.

Hello, I am the creator of Pingles. I run a gaming VPN service and when diagnosing customers network routing issues I regularly found myself asking customers to launch a command prompt, type in "tracert somedomain.com", take a screenshot and send me the results. I wanted to simplify that task and create a better experience for the customer, plus get better results by utilising the MTR network diagnostic tool.
