So, your phone must support QI charging for this?

This is awesome! I think about all those times I'm lying in bed with my phone connected to the charger...if the power cable doesn't nearly choke me to death, then I'm usually awkwardly trying to check my email or facebook on the edge of my bed, so my phone doesn't die.

Whether this works perfect or not at the moment, I applaud someone working towards and finding a solution to truly wireless charging. I look forward to following this to see it progress.

This seems like a cool product with some very interesting tech. Lots of people are complaining about the case, and it's true that requiring a mandatory case isn't ideal, but I feel like this could be the v1 of something very awesome. Imagine never having to charge your phone thanks to wireless chargers around your home/office...that would be incredible. Keep up the good work!

Super awesome, much support to you guys. We need more phone manufacturers integrating this technology into their phones. For the longest time, charging devices with a wire was a thing. If this removes this requirement, we'll be stepping into the future pretty quickly. Think about the possibilties this would open up to other smart devices.

u can just leave your phone and let it charge? or switching on something is necessary?

Bluetooth range 5-30 meters, wifi range 32 - 95 meters and more. Pi charging range just 12 inches that are too short. so, I think that pi charing increase range up to wifi range, Charging anywhere and anytime indoor. Also keep safely, steady.

I wanna to know why pi charging shape is conical? It considers charging range? Why not is cubic or cylindrical? I think pi charging become hanging lights or desktop. Can it be?
