An easy and engaging entry point to the big five. Personas provides metrics and a scientific vocabulary to better understand your personality, how it's perceived, and how you might experience and perform in a current and future roles. I'm excited about the possibilities for professional development, both as an individual and manager.

Too often, we see low external self-awareness which I believe is key for budding entrepreneurs and creatives to create wealth and win. Personally, I've taken the big 5 personality test in the past and it's such an amazing tool to understand yourself in a whole different way. In particular, I think Personas is doing an outstanding job in order to help people and organisations to become more aware about who you are and assessing people the right way to get the best of everyone. I highly recommend you to try it out!
