I think it's an amazing addition for a tool that already picks up a lot of the work of companies that are focused on integrations and bringing tools together. I've checked out this product on its initial phases and it's something that should be integrated asap by any SaaS that wishes to enhance their users experience

@charles_maddock We don’t yet have support for Google Docs, though it’s on the roadmap!
But agreed - we’ve had to do a ton of fine-tuning on our actions to ensure it can be used properly by agents. Notion’s API is similarly terrible to work with out-of-the-box, but we’ve abstracted that away pain from our users!

@vivian_james good question! Our infrastructure is battle tested to handle extremely high concurrency and enterprise scale (10M requests/day) as we're relied upon by many Enterprise AI companies. Additionally, enterprise customers use Paragon's on-premise deployment option, so you don't share resources with our other cloud customers.
