I see great value for freelancers here on Pangea, but what value do you bring to startups? Is it mostly the GPT talent matching?

@between_team Hey David! TBH most of the changes we've made have been a result of customer discovery on the startup side. 1. Access to a curated network of talent that is pre-ranked where you can quickly access their portfolios and project work. (Mostly 2-5+ years of experience) 2. No talent mark-up (e.g some platforms charge a 50% surcharge) and no fee if you convert them. so you can actually use the platform to contract-to-hire 3. Integrated contracts, time-tracking, and payments (with automated 1099 filling). So you can onboard/offboard talent seamlessly and compliantly Costs is 50% less than Welfront and 90% less than LinkedIn :)
