Congrats on the re-launch! Great thinking. After spending many tens of thousands of dollars on contracts with TopTal, I'd love to explore alternate options that aren't percentage based commissions (and where the talent gets most of the money).

I downloaded Pangea a year ago and it has changed my life ever since! It has given me tons of opportunities to develop my professional career. Beautifully designed and very easy to use! I love the new commission-free aspect which distinguishes it from other freelance platforms that charge a fat 20% fee. I would recommend it to everyone!! Congratulations on this new launch!

I know there have been multiple success stories of college students and post-grad individuals finding great work, and am wondering what the most influential industries will be!

I like it so far; My one nitpick is, for the default images for projects, maybe have more than one variation on the default image. An agent/recruiter is so busy, they may think that it's the same project posted twice and not look further.
