My 2000's TV - Relive the early 2000's via this nostalgic TV simulator

@adityavsc Thanks for checking it out! I was debating on removing the static transitions for the 2000's era but decided to leave them in for the nostalgia effect ( You can toggle that off though with the 'o' key if you want a more modernized experience :D )
