Hey , thanks for your message! Actually, yes, the recipients can answer to the sender if they set up an inbound route, in the same way our Email part work 🙂

Hi ! Thanks for the energy! Yes, templates are a very sought-after feature, it's so easy to send personalized notifications on a mass scale with them 😃 We're working to add that in the near future for SMS as well, keep an eye on the roadmap!
