Excited to launch Kraftful 4.0—the AI-native way to build products! Kudos to @garrytan for hunting our launch.
Two years ago, we launched our scrappy MVP here with a big belief: user research shouldn’t be an ad-hoc academic exercise—it should be central to product development and accessible to every PM, designer, and engineer.
On day one, we were blown away seeing paying customers sign up. Demand was so high, we broke every API rate limit. But we knew we had much more work to do.

We have a multi-step analysis process that identifies and extracts product insights and groups them, ignoring the noise. Yesterday, I had a customer call that lasted for an hour, but only had 3 real feature request. Kraftful gave a list of 3 feature request (and 3 other lists of insights). Superfast and actionable!
