Running and fulfilling a successful campaign is a lot tougher than most people realise and Kickstarter has invested a lot recently in creating better tools for Project creators.
The recent addition of Spotlight (a post-Kickstarter tool to better highlight updates to your project), Google Analytics (which gives project creators much more insight into their visitor stats) and better shipping cost management are all steps towards this, and now they've introduced Campus.
Campus is an open forum where project creators can ask questions and share insight like never before. I suspect this will be filled with a lot of very beginner questions at first, but over time a very valuable knowledgebase will be built - and no doubt Kickstarter will create a curated list of best posts.
