Decided to progress a personal project to market

Hi All

I've spent my entire career working for corporate firms leaving me very little time to complete and market something of my own. I recently decided to complete a personal project which launched today. Marketing isn't my forte so I'm learning from you all and hopefully will pick up some useful skills on this journey.

Looking forward to sharing ideas, collaborating and providing feedback.

I love building things. I hate talking about them.

Hey everyone, I'm Pat.

I've spent over a decade designing engagement systems for the mobile game and online casino industries. The irony of being good at getting other people's attention while being deeply uncomfortable asking for my own is not lost on me.

Hi from Tokyo — software engineer exploring AI for tech content curation

Hi everyone. I'm a software engineer based in Tokyo, working on Stream Tech AI an AI-powered service that curates and summarizes Japanese tech articles for the global dev community.

I noticed a lot of valuable content on platforms like Zenn and Qiita rarely reaches developers outside Japan, so I wanted to help bridge that gap. Currently preparing for a Product Hunt launch and would love to connect with others building in the AI or developer tools space.

Building my first product. Launching PH April 29. Any advice from those who've been through it?

Hey PH! I'm Abhishek Rai, been a behind-the-scenes AI engineer for 8 years (built AI systems at Sony, was founding AI engineer at a major ai startup).

Never posted online. Never built in public. Just shipped code. But you can't just build anymore, you have to show up too. So here I am.
I'm building Clipo AI connected content engine that turns one video into clips, carousels, subtitles, thumbnails, and social posts. Not just another AI clipper, 12 AI tools in one workflow.

Launching on Product Hunt April 29. Would love to connect with other builders here. I am not strong at Marketing and GTM, learning as I go. Happy to know about your products too.

Hi PH! I’m a solo dev from India on a mission to end doomscrolling with Good News

I spent the last few months building Good News: Uplifting sanctuary a project born out of my own struggle with doomscrolling. I realized my morning routine was ruining my mental hygiene, so I engineered a dark-mode sanctuary for uplifting news summaries.

I m not here to just 'launch and leave.' I want to learn from other builders and support your projects too. If you re building something in the Wellness or News space, please drop a link! I d love to check out your work.

Looking forward to being a part of the family.

Hey PH! 👋 Developer from Venezuela building an AI summarizer extension. Looking to connect!

Hi everyone!

I m a digital product and app developer based in Venezuela, and I m really excited to finally jump into the Product Hunt discussions. I ve been a silent reader for a while, but I've decided it's time to start building in public.

Right now, I'm working on a Chrome extension designed to tackle information overload. It uses Anthropic's models to summarize long web pages, articles, or research papers, and immediately lets you export those clean summaries into PDF or Word formats. The goal is to make capturing and organizing web knowledge frictionless.

I m still polishing some details before launch, but I wanted to introduce myself to this amazing community first.

A quick question for the heavy readers and researchers here: What is your biggest frustration when trying to save or summarize long articles from the web?

Would love to hear your thoughts and connect with other makers! Cheers

InfoLib

Hi Product Hunt, I'm a 22-year-old developer and the co-founder of infolib!

I started infolib directly out of university with my business partner to solve a problem I consistently ran into while trading stocks, none of it is on the same page, there's ads everywhere, signups lead to nowhere, and everything important seems to be delayed or behind a paywall. The site aims to directly solve all of these issues, by providing an ad free, signup free, free, centralized and customizable data dashboard. Personally, I think we've done a pretty good job at achieving the product vision, but we are STRUGGLING to get our name out there.
The site isn't free to run, and if we want to maintain our philosophy on it we are going to have to make money somehow, which we have an idea for :) but it requires us to have a lot more users than we currently do, and since we are pitching to a saturated market we haven't had much success on that front.
I'm hoping to connect with, and receive feedback from, some people who have marketing experience and can offer some guidance for how we can take our site from our current 4.3k users a month to the 20ks 30ks and so on while operating on a limited budget.

Decent app without any code skills with help of AI

Hello! Just want to introduce myself quickly My name is Oleksii and I m new here! Looking for inspiration, motivation and network here. Probably going to create my own product in nearest future. I keep seeing videos on YouTube where people talk about how they built a cool app without any programming knowledge at all like they just talked to different AI agent and it did everything. Sounds awesome, but almost always by the end they start selling their course or try to drag you into some paid community, and then I m no longer sure: is this really possible or just another way to sell something? That s why I m writing here I d love to talk to people who ve actually tried it. Maybe someone has experience creating an app without a coding background? Or is it really impossible without at least some basic knowledge?
