Sounds very cool - whats the specific change compared to how it was before? I currently use Helpshift to talk in realtime to customers in my app.

This makes doing persona development so nice. I can begin a chat with our customers right there in our control panel. One quick question will lead into a 5min chat easily. Thank you @intercom

We're already using this capability in our @intercom setup. It's one of those features that is you just don't know how amazing it is unless you've tried it and once you've tried it, you can't go back. it's #fiber-esque
