Nice job. I voted for several. Hopefully you get the subscribers needed to make more. I have always enjoyed the Launch Ticker. Paid Subscriber for years. :)

Subscribed and tweeted!! Jason what was your motivation behind 'Inside.com'?

these look great - trying to figure out how much original writing there is versus the next draft style roundups/links - seems to be some citation and summarization
@passingnotes If the existing newsletters are any indication (and I have to assume they are!), the 2-3 sentences about each of the bits of content add mega value.

Great idea for a platform. I love Launch Ticker and Inside SF, so I'm looking forward to this.
@jason, this is a great setup. It's easy to pick through the topics and I like seeing a wide array of subject matter to choose from.
One thing that might be worth considering is nesting some of the newsletter topics under others. I wouldn't necessarily describe this as simply combining, but some of the topics I see can be thought of as a subset of others. Streaming, for example, is a growing trend within the context of media creation and distribution. Thus, it might make sense to nest it under the media newsletter as a main discussion point therein.
In this way, the broad subject matter of "Media" can be broken down into a variety of things, including consumption dynamics (like streaming), marketing (social media, perhaps), and community cultivation.
I'll be interested to see how this evolves over the long term, congrats on the launch!
Hey Jason. Really cool concept. Maybe I'm just confused, but...are there teams already behind these potential newsletters? Do you outsource the talent yourself? How are they created?
@_sdunn_ there are teams behind the `live` newsletters, but not the potential ones. When each one reaches 5000 subscribers, we're committed to finding a fantastic writer who understands that vertical and can deliver a polished, thoughtful newsletter.
@awwstn Brilliant. There is legitimate interest out there among content creators who are looking to create newsletters but are unsure how to go about starting. Solves a real problem.
Very clean newsletters that provide a solid mix of must-read and unexpectedly-interesting content. A great way to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to being "in the know," and most notably, many of the articles are not the obvious ones that typically show up in a Google News feed or Facebook feed.
I've been using the Inside app since they first launched it and it's one of my favorites curation tools for news and articles. Very excited about this next generation of Inside!
