If you don't mind few suggestions, how about showing a first-run ‘what stays on-device’ screen to reinforce trust and keep telemetry aggregated?
For teams, if you prompt ‘create team’ after around the second meeting, it could catch users at peak motivation.
Also, how are you tracking time to first search success? That feels like the real aha and could encourage bringing teammates on board.
