HIÜRD came from seeing how frustrating the local service marketplace can be for both homeowners and Service Providers. Homeowners want a simple, trustworthy way to find help without getting flooded with spam, while Service Providers are tired of paying for leads that may never turn into real work. We wanted to build something that felt fair on both sides. Homeowners can post what they need and compare bids, while Service Providers can join and bid for free. They only pay a fee when they actually get hired. We also built PayVault into the process so funds can be securely held until the work is completed, giving both sides more protection and confidence in the transaction. Our goal with HIÜRD is pretty simple: make it easier and safer for communities to hire local people, find local work, and get stuff done.
