Gusto - Gusto makes payroll, benefits, and HR refreshingly easy.

Wow, ZenPayroll just made a big move by changing its name to Gusto and moving beyond just Payroll. They now offer benefits like health insurance and workers comp. I wonder what will happen to the many startups using ZenPayroll + Zenefits... will they make the move to Gusto? cc: @corleyh

ZenPayroll has made our job of payroll for Traveling Spoon so infinitely much easier, and really truly delightful - I have been waiting for them to open up more services so that we can have the same delightful services with our health and other benefits. Excited for the new name and changes! A truly great company. Any chance of getting more into 401(k) and other financial services for our employees, Gusto?

If they can make payroll painless and even a little fun, I think they can do a lot of good for businesses big and small

I will be really excited to see how they tackle the benefits piece. ZenPayroll has done an amazing job of making payroll SUPER SUPER easy, reliable and consistent. I think this great news for the entire ZenPayroll team. I'm looking forward to looking into the features, etc and to seeing how they plan to transition people who are currently ZenPayroll + Zenefits customers. I would love to hear from @tomerlondon about this move.

Our HR person seems to like Zenpayroll way more than Zenefits (we also do both), so I'd be interested to see if people switch.

We love ZenPayroll at Emissary, and had a number of negative experiences with Zenefits that had us take our health insurance to a personal friend who normally does larger groups. The team I know at Zenefits are fantastic, but very interested to see competition heating up in this area! It's insane how archaic this industry has remained into the 21st century. More options are only going to mean a better experience for founders & HR, and which means more time spent on their actual business, not paperwork.

Huge move, congrats @tomerlondon & team. When I was at SendHub we used ZenPayroll and it made payroll a breeze. Our COO was always giving the product praise. If the new offerings are as good as the payroll product, it will be best-in-class. If you guys watch any interviews of the CEO of Gusto, you'll know that they're building a company for the long haul and that they take time to build products right. Exciting time to be in this space!
