Have you tested if ChatGPT or Claude actually recommends your product?

Tried asking a couple LLMs for software recommendations in my niche without mentioning my brand name.
Turned out ChatGPT named us near the top but Claude completely ignored us.
It’s pretty random because the results seem to change every few days anyway.
Has anyone successfully tweaked their site copy or docs to actually get picked up by these AI search tools?

The changing results make this difficuilt to measure. I’d want to run the same prompts repeatedly before deciding whether a copy change actually made a difference.
