How do you break a deadlock when both founders disagree on a major call?

Me and my partner always thought we d just talk things through whenever big decisions came up.

But when we hit our first huge disagreement it completely stalled our progress for weeks.

It turns out agreeing on everything in the easy early days is dangerous if you haven't assigned who gets the final vote in specific areas like product vs business.

Do users open fewer support tickets when you focus on action results instead of UI guidance?

Spent a month adding tooltips and progress bars to smooth out our onboarding but support messages actually went up.

Turns out people weren't confused about where to click. They were just scared of accidentally sending emails or deleting client data without knowing what would happen next.

Once we changed the UI text to clearly explain the final result of each button click support requests dropped by half.

Has anyone else noticed that reassuring users about outcomes matters more than guiding their clicks?

Do you instantly skip extensions that ask to access all site data?

Feels like even basic dark mode or screenshot tools now demand full access to read and change everything you browse.

I keep closing the install tab whenever i see those heavy warnings because giving a random add on access to banking or work emails seems way too risky.

Are you guys actually reading those permission prompts before hitting install or just clicking accept and hoping for the best?
