I'm building https://www.kanosurveys.com - a platform for running customer satisfaction surveys using the Kano model technique. I have learned that there are no shortcuts. You've got to put the work in consistently over a long time to see results. I've been using a streak tracking app to motivate me to work on the app 4 x per week, I'm up to a 17 week streak so far!
