Or Arbel
Is this mainly for CSMs or for executives to use?
Noa Danon
@or_arbel1 the main builders can be CS, RevOps and/or product teams. Then for high-touch customers who manage 1:1 programs, CSMs can engage and collaborate with their customers through the interface and manage the programs. Executives are always welcome, it's eye-opening for them to really understand what the customer is experiencing!

Looks amazing! Curious which metrics it would help me improve in the long and short term?
Noa Danon
@on thank you! Prioritizing your customers will actually impact most (or all!) your post-sales metrics - from soft metrics like NPS and engagement, to shorter TTV, and higher chances to renew and upsell. And of course -your team's efficiency, which can be more focused on strategic initiatives and engagement. Give it a try and enjoy the building ✨

Having one hub, that's also automatically up-to-date, is a welcome relief from the jungle of all these tools, slides, docs, emails... "That static QBR deck could have been an EverAfter page" ;-)

Great work EverAfter team!
Nitzan Galiani
Is this a white-label solution or some sort of cookie cutter? πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ˜
Tom Shelly
@nitzan_galiani Great question! Its 100% white-label so you get to design it as you please and even embed it into your product so that it looks seamless with the product UI

useful congratulations

Looks great! Can you update data in Salesforce?
Tom Shelly
@rafi_aroch You sure can! We have a super strong native integration with Salesforce that allows you to update EverAfter with data from Salesforce and the other way around.
Gal Levinsky
Can I also use it with my partners?
Tom Shelly
@gal_levinsky1 Definitely. This is actually becoming one of the more prominent use cases of EverAfter. Just think about the ability to have all your marketing assets in one place, having the option to manage the referral pipeline collaboratively, onboard new partners effectively and so much more!
