I love this product! empathy in the workplace is soooo crucial and this would definitely be a huge positive impact on every team. Not to mention the design is great and the onboarding process is super seamless and easy to navigate!

Yes! It's so great to quantify team health. You have to name it to tame it! It can seem strange to be "emotional" at work at all. However, this vulnerability actually leads to key drivers like trust and psychological safety for teams! So win, win!
