I'm excited about this. LeadBot's clearly 10x better than the alternative (eugh, forms). And it's an awesome step towards totally personal support at scale, which is a tough one to get right! Amazing job team 👏

I've been a user of LeadBot for a couple of months, can't wait to see what everyone else does with it now that Drift has released it. I've learned so much about my users through watching them interact with the LeadBot. And I smile every single time i see someone thank it after the conversation is over :)

Ahhhhh bots that actually start at a real pain point with lots of users to engage that's easily and seamlessly added to the existing flow of thousands of businesses...love it! Drift team continues to impress.

I'm feeling slightly delirious about the opportunities with this bot, and also the massive headache in second guessing every which way a conversation could go! A bit chat roulette (without boobs and willies). That's my problem though. Great product guys, we literally paid up for the Drift "Team" plan today. I believe it's time to strip naked of those chastising forms and run naked through the instant messaging forest.
